Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel difficulties, failure to attend, or any other personal circumstances.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If Naughty In Paradise is officially cancelled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified and eligible ticket holders will receive a refund in accordance with the ticketing platform's refund procedures.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets may remain valid for the new event date. Further instructions will be provided to ticket holders by the organizers or ticketing platform.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person at the discretion of the event organizers, provided that the ticket has not already been scanned or used. Any transfer must be completed before the event and may require verification.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Purchase
If you believe you have purchased duplicate tickets or that a transaction was made without your authorization, contact the ticketing platform and the event organizers as soon as possible. Supporting documentation may be requested.
