    • Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund, including the ticket prices and other applicable fees.
    • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error, you may request a refund for the additional charges. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to request this refund.
  2. Ticketing Fees:
    Ticketing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to the buyer in most cases. However, the ticketing fees will be refunded in the following scenarios:
    • The event is canceled by the organizer.
    • You have been charged multiple times by mistake, and you submit a refund request within 7 days of the purchase.
  3. Non-Refundable Tickets:
    • Refunds will not be issued for tickets that are canceled or for no-shows at the event unless specified under the exceptions mentioned above.
  4. Requesting a Refund:
    • To request a refund, please contact the organizer through the contact method displayed or by request the refund through your customer account with your order details. Refund requests for duplicate charges must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  5. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
