Cancellations: If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will
be eligible for a full refund, including the ticket prices and other
applicable fees.
- Duplicate
Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same
order due to a system error, you may request a refund for the additional
charges. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase to request this
refund.
- Ticketing Fees:
Ticketing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to the buyer in most cases. However, the ticketing fees will be refunded in the following scenarios: - The event is
canceled by the organizer.
- You have been
charged multiple times by mistake, and you submit a refund request within
7 days of the purchase.
- Non-Refundable
