1. Refund Eligibility

All tickets sold through My Fete Tickets are digital and considered delivered once issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Management’s discretion.

All service fees, processing fees, and platform fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement, duplicate charges, or payment processing errors.

If a refund request is denied, the buyer may submit a refund dispute within seven (7) business days of the denial. All disputes are reviewed by Management. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days, subject to payment processor timelines.

All refund decisions are final and binding. This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia
