Refund Policy
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
1. Tickets Are Digital and
Final Upon Delivery
All tickets are
digital. Once a ticket is issued to you, it is considered delivered. Refunds
are not automatic — every request is reviewed individually and approved only at
the discretion of My Fete Tickets management.
2. Fees Are Non-Refundable
Service fees,
processing fees, and platform fees are non-refundable, even if a ticket refund
is approved. The only exception is if refunding a fee is required by law.
3. When a Refund May Be
Considered
We may approve a refund
in these situations:

A duplicate charge on the same order.
•
A payment processing error (you were charged incorrectly).
•
An event is officially canceled or postponed — subject to the
event organizer's own refund terms (see Section 4).
•
The event is delayed more than three (3) hours past its
scheduled start time, and the organizer fails to send a delay notification by
email or text.
•
The event is canceled or shut down by law enforcement within
three (3) hours of its scheduled start time.
Refunds are not offered
for buyer mistakes (wrong date, wrong ticket type, wrong quantity), change of
mind, or simply not attending.
4. Canceled, Postponed, or
Delayed Events
My Fete Tickets is a
ticketing platform. We sell tickets on behalf of independent event organizers,
but we do not run their events. If an event is canceled, postponed, or delayed,
refund eligibility is set by that event's organizer — not by My Fete Tickets —
and is evaluated against the criteria in Section 3. We will pass along the
organizer's decision and help facilitate the process, but My Fete Tickets does
not guarantee a refund on the organizer's behalf and is not responsible for
funds the organizer does not return.
5. How Refund Requests Are
Reviewed
Every refund request is
first reviewed by the event's organizer against the criteria in Section 3. The
organizer may decline a request if those criteria are not met.
If the request is
denied, you have seven (7) business days from the denial to file a Refund
Dispute. Disputes are reviewed and resolved by My Fete Tickets management, not
the organizer. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment
method within seven (7) business days, though your bank or card provider may
take longer to post it.
6. Please Contact Us Before
Filing a Chargeback
If something's wrong
with your order, reach out to us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank
before giving us a chance to resolve it may result in your ticket being
canceled and could affect your ability to purchase from us in the future. If we
believe a chargeback is unwarranted, we will contest it with proof of purchase
and delivery.
7. Fraud and Misuse
We will not issue a
refund for tickets involved in fraud, purchased in violation of our terms,
resold outside approved channels, or already used to enter an event.
8. Decisions Are Final
Refund decisions made
by the event organizer, and dispute decisions made by My Fete Tickets
management, are final.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed
by the laws of the State of Georgia. Nothing here limits any right you have
under Georgia or federal consumer protection law that cannot be waived by
agreement — if this policy ever conflicts with the law, the law wins. If any
part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this
policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase
applies to that order.
