1. Refund Eligibility

  • Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled within ten (10) days of the cancellation date, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Please note that any fees paid are non-refundable, as they cover processing costs that cannot be recovered.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error, you may request a refund for the additional charges. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

2. Ticketing Fees

Ticket fees are non-refundable, as they cover processing expenses that are not recoverable.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Refunds will not be issued for ticket cancellations or no-shows unless covered under the exceptions outlined above.

4. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
