1. Refund Eligibility

  • Event Cancellations: If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled within seven (7) days of the cancellation date, you are eligible for a full refund, including the ticket price and applicable fees.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same order due to a system error, you may request a refund for the additional charges. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

2. Ticketing Fees

Ticketing fees are generally non-refundable. However, they will be refunded in the following cases:

  • The event is canceled by the organizer.
  • You were mistakenly charged multiple times and submitted a refund request within seven (7) days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Refunds will not be issued for ticket cancellations or no-shows unless covered under the exceptions outlined above.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact the event organizer through the provided contact method or submit a refund request via your customer account, including your order details.
  • Refund requests for duplicate charges must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
